Our Company Our Company The opportunity As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will join the Adobe Technology Services organization, focusing on employee facing products and tools within the Office of the CIO's User Experience team. The organization is tasked with enabling Adobe's global workforce to collaborate, innovate and be productive from anywhere. The Sr. UX Researcher consults with stakeholders to understand business problems and scopes, evaluate information from multiple sources, and create informed recommendations for research methodology to impact solutions. The Sr. UXR creates the right study design for the business need, partners with multidisciplinary Adobe teams, and leverages Infuse, our design thinking framework, to ensure digital workplace solutions keep user needs at the forefront. The ideal candidate would be able to clearly understand and influence the business goals, workplace tools and collaborate with both design and technical partners to ensure employee needs stay at the forefront of solutions, empowering a global force of Adobe employees to do their best work. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $139,000 -- $260,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
