The Client Service Specialist supports the Bank's equipment sales loan and lease portfolio by handling customer inquiries, routing requests to appropriate personnel, and ensuring portfolio performance. This role helps maintain collateral records, maximize customer retention, and minimize delinquency and defaults.
Work Model: This Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position is based at our Brookfield, WI location requiring up to four days per month in office.
CORE OBJECTIVES:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients inquires. Responding to all communication via phone and email.
    • Quoting loan payoffs
    • Preparing amortization schedules for delivery to clients who request this form and/or addressing tax & loan balance related questions from clients.
    • Answering all payment related questions posed by a client including ACH and payment posting questions.
    • Responding to requests for copies of loan documentation.
    • Respond to and process Insurance related payoff requests.
    • Record and update client interactions and service activities accurately in CRM.
The successful candidate should have:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a high volume customer inquiry department.
  • Ability to follow-up and multi-tasking skills required to achieve multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen to clients concerns to troubleshoot.
