Sr Help Desk Coordinator - Mount Prospect, IL

NTN USA Corporation has an immediate opening in our IT Department for a Senior Help Desk Coordinator. Major Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls to the Help Desk
• Respond to incoming emails
• Level one troubleshooting of issues; escalate to IT team for level 2+
• Assist with new user setups, including M365 management and device reimaging
• Assist with setup of barcode scanners and queue setups
• Create documentation for various tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field, required.
• 3-5 years Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
• 3-5 years' experience working with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
• 3-5 years Strong knowledge of M365 Administration, including maintaining mailbox delegation, distribution list maintenance, etc.)
• 3-5 years' experience of Active Directory work
• 3-5 years Working knowledge of Cisco VPN and Microsoft Authenticator a plus
• 3-5 years Working knowledge of IBM iSeries a plus
• Working knowledge of VOIP and phone systems a plus
