Primary Function

Responsible for the development and maintenance of our current organizational data warehouse and reporting platform which includes SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, API end points, and Tableau Server Environment. Data Integration via ETL/ELT processes to move, transform, and stitch data between systems to create datasets that produce actionable information for our Business Stakeholders. Managing and organizing raw data for accessibility and usability, while also ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across platforms. Collaborate with Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions to our Stakeholders. Build Actionable Tableau Dashboards from our organizational data. Understand the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations.

Responsibilities
  • Interview and Communicate with Business Stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborate through all phases of development.
  • Data Integration from disparate data sources such as SAP, Five9, Salesforce, Postal Data, Product Surveys, S3, SFTP, and various sources to create a data warehouse for our Organizational Data.
  • Building and maintain data pipelines from SQL Server, APIs, Glue, Snowflake, and other data platforms to enhance our Organizational Data, and support our organization's data-driven initiatives.
  • Responsible for analyzing complex logical database designs, logical data models, and optimize database performance to ensure scalability for growing data volumes and processing demands.
  • Maintain Organizational KPI's that provide visibility into the business and marketing activities; work with business stakeholders to align the reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SSRS and SQL Server.
  • Develop and Maintain complex Executive, Operations, Sales, Logistics, and Marketing Tableau Dashboards.
  • Maintain a central repository of customer behavior data with information that would be the backbone for various marketing campaigns like direct mail, promotional email campaigns and social media marketing.
  • Assist in developing marketing forecast models for subscription and non-subscription based customers and help determine their life time value.
  • Assist in performing match back analysis to measure performance of various sales campaigns.
  • Support in defining trends, proving and disproving hypotheses, and finding areas for efficiency and improvement.
  • Manage and implement various marketing related projects as defined by the leadership team using the appropriate tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ year of related data experience or related University Projects which required ETL/ELT processes.
  • Proficient in Visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, SQL, API Framework, PowerShell, Scripting
  • Understanding of Cloud Eco-System and Snowflake.
  • Understanding of Source Control such as GitHub
  • Results-oriented project management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to analyze information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Data Analysis
  • Data migration / Integration tools
  • Data modeling

Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
