We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced enablement professional to join our GTM Enablement Team. This role will share responsibilities across the Global Enablement Partner Team and the Product Enablement Team, with a title of Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in equipping internal revenue teams with the knowledge, tools and resources they need to effectively engage with our products and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner will specialize in Procore's Platform as well as be able to technically support the Solutions Org (Solutions Engineering and Solutions Specialists) - contributing to Procore's global success by developing and executing best-in-class enablement programs.

This role requires a combination of strong Procore product knowledge, excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.

This position reports to the Director, Product & Competitive Enablement. It is remote-friendly across the U.S. and Canada or based in one of our U.S. offices.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for SE/Solution Specialist GTM teams, including onboarding, ongoing training, and readiness initiatives that align with core competency models and business priorities.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing (Product, Technical, and Audience), and SE leadership to ensure training content and messaging align with product roadmaps, company value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Create, audit, and maintain enablement content such as product guides, battlecards, value drivers, objection handling materials, webinars, videos, and interactive courses to support product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Lead live and virtual training sessions, enablement events, and workshops that drive skill development, engagement, and strong learning outcomes across SE/Solution Specialist teams.

  • Keep GTM teams updated on new product features, updates, and industry trends by producing regular product training sessions and partnering with Product for roadmap alignment.

  • Equip customer-facing teams with the tools, messaging, and confidence to effectively present product offerings and deliver value to clients and prospects.

  • Analyze enablement and business performance data to identify gaps, measure program effectiveness, and define training priorities that directly impact business outcomes.

  • Manage cross-functional enablement projects that align with business goals, ensure scalability, and improve operational efficiency across global and regional teams.

  • Create and continually enhance new hire ramp plans and ongoing training materials to support the evolving needs of the SE teams.

  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and GTM teams to refine enablement programs and improve learner experience and impact over time.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement or related roles.

  • Proven track record of Procore product knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and how to support different teams in maximizing product knowledge.

  • Expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to translate complex product information into clear, concise, and engaging enablement materials.

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
