The Role: The Senior Treasury and Cash Manager will oversee the company's treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and debt management. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the company's cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and managing the company's debt portfolio. The Senior Treasury and Cash Manager will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement treasury strategies that support the company's financial objectives.

In-Office Position: At Strategy, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office days with Fridays as work-from-home.

Your Focus:

• Oversee the company's cash management operations, including cash flow forecasting, daily cash operations, liquidity planning, and investment of excess cash.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risk.
• Monitor and manage the company's banking relationships, ensuring efficient and cost-effective banking services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and debt management to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of treasury activities with overall financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to treasury and cash management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury and cash management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and debt management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and negotiating banking services.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
