Title: Human Resource Analyst/ Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Richmond, VA 23219 Pay Rate: $21.02/Hour on W2 without benefits Duration: 6+ months Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Description: Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s): Laptop and standard office equipment Computer software to be used: Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, Recruitment System. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: General HR knowledge, Recruitment experience, Data Entry Exp. Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing. Role & Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator. Recruitments - CCC Primary Contact. CCC recruitments (post and screen). Recruitment Approval Form (create and route for signatures). Respond to and send recruitment emails and calls. Update CCC Recruitment and Onboarding Site. Build and Maintain relationships with CCC managers and supervisors. Onboarding. New Hire Paperwork. Background and Reference Checks (Safe screener and VSP). E-verify Submissions. New Employee Orientation Scheduling. Schedule New Hire Training - VLC. Create Electronic Employee Files. Send Welcome Post Cards and Other Communications. Workforce Ready (WFR) data entry (HRIS). New Hires. Terminations. Timesheets. Promotions/Salary Changes. Auditing Data. Contractors. Update/Manage Contractor Tracking system. Submit Background Checks. DGS. Safe screener. Miscellaneous. Hardcopy Employee Files. Scanning. Remove Old Terminated Employee Files. Special Projects. Backup to HR Specialist.
