The Analyst, Channel & Account Operations will support the Senior Manager in optimizing customer-facing and distribution processes. This role is instrumental in tracking performance metrics, managing account orders, and facilitating cross-functional communication. By ensuring seamless channel and account operations, the Analyst will help drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
* Track and report on Specialty Distributor / Specialty Pharmacy programs to monitor effectiveness and performance.
* Provide support for pricing reviews and distribution planning alongside senior team members. Maintain and update customer-facing tools while supporting communication between sales reps and accounts. Maintain detailed logs of incoming requests, including new account activations, evaluation kit requests, demo kit replenishments, and returns/replacements.
* Assist in generating performance reports and summarizing insights for internal team use. Collaborate with internal teams to develop resources that enhance operational efficiency.
* Assist in project management efforts related to key operational improvements.
* Partner with sales representatives to understand market dynamics, best practices, and operational challenges.
* Provide operational and analytical support for the commercial team's distribution strategy efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 1-3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within commercial operations.
* Experience in the healthcare industry.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling; experience with Access is a plus.

* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Benefits
Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role in San Francisco, California is $80,000 per year to $110,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
