This is a product manager position with the WaveLogic Technologies PLM team. The product manager is expected to work closely with a cross functional team to support the definition, introduction, and life cycle management of Ciena's industry leading WaveLogic Technologies portfolio; specifically, our award-winning and industry-leading WaveLogic coherent pluggable optics. The main objective of this position is to be the product management interface into Ciena's WaveLogic technologies customers including global service providers, enterprises, as well as OEM partners. How You Will Contribute: In this role you will focus on a new Ciena's WaveLogic product line covering multiple generations of coherent pluggable optics. As WaveLogic Technologies Product Line Management, you will be part of the PLM team that manages a rapidly expanding world class coherent product portfolio. You will identify the key market requirements, and support/promote the market adoption of Ciena's WaveLogic coherent optics in a wide range of customers on a global basis. This is an individual contributor position reporting into the Ciena's Product Line Management organization and offers the opportunity to manage current generations of products and influence next generations product roadmap. The annual pay range for this position is $110,100 - $175,900 CAD #LI-WH1 #LI-Remote Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Please note that the pay range information provided in this posting pertains specifically to the primary location, which is the top location listed in case multiple locations are available. Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
