System Analyst I - Clinical/Financial

Job Summary

• Promotes the effective use of HIT supported systems at Norman Regional Health System (NRHS).
• Assists with analyzing, testing and implementation of clinical system changes.
• Assures duties assigned are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide input into the information systems budget any activities and recommends information system project improved operations of the organization.
• Participates in 24/7 support and maintenance of clinical information systems.

Qualifications

Education

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, Education or Information Technology preferred.
• May substitute sufficient on the job experience for some of the education.

Experience

• Five years clinical experience.
• Two years of clinical application support and demonstrated training experience preferred.
• Experience working with physicians and other clinical practitioners preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Licensure/Certification/Registration as appropriate to healthcare provider field preferred.
• Must have a valid driving license, and reliable personal transportation.

Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Possess strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Possess the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, fellow trainers and leadership.
• Demonstrate the ability to think critically, identify and resolve problems, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of end users, with varying levels of skill. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
