  • Document with Precision: Maintain detailed and organized records, scan and separate paperwork, and manage data with care.
Support the Movement-Every Shipment, Every Day
  • Be the Dispatch Hero: Help coordinate delivery instructions, follow-ups, and confirmations.
  • Stay on Top of Tasks: Keep logs, schedules, and systems updated daily to support the flow of freight.
  • Pitch In Where Needed: Assist with administrative tasks that keep the customer service engine running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Dock
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years in customer service (transportation or logistics industry experience is a plus!).
Tools of the Trade: Your Key Skills
  • Typing & Tech: 35+ WPM typing, 10-key by touch, and basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Communication Pro: Clear verbal and written communication skills to support customers and internal teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things and get them right the first time.
    Team-Driven: You contribute to a positive, professional team environment and handle sensitive info with care.
