Supply Chain Security/Risk Professional

Torch Technologies is seeking a supply chain professional to join a team advising U.S. Government organization and assisting with overseeing defense contractors' implementation of hardware and software development and procurement procedures that- 1) are reasonably secure from intrusion and misuse; 2) provide a reasonable level of availability, reliability, and correct operation; 3) are reasonably suited to performing their intended functions; and 4) adhere to U.S. Government and industry best practice security procedures. This professional will develop continuous monitoring processes for ensuring contractual requirements are satisfied to secure hardware and software supply chains against threats (e.g., counterfeiting, malicious insertion, data theft). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the secure development or procurement of microelectronics, firmware/configurable logic, and software. Professional will derive and/or flow down requirements from U.S. Government supply chain risk management policy and guidance and industry best practices.

This position requires a highly motivated individual with Supply Chain Risk Management experience to perform the below duties:

• Assist in managing risks within defense contractors' supply chains to ensure trustworthy hardware and software are delivered to the U.S. Government.
• Interact with Intelligence Community to identify threats specific to defense contractors' hardware and software supply chains.
• Interact with Intelligence Community to complete supplier assessments.
• Interact with testing organizations to verify and validate trustworthiness of hardware and software.
• Work as part of Systems Security Engineering team to secure system in development, production, and sustainment.
• Executes analysis of supply chain traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats.
• Maintain currency with current and emerging U.S. Government Supply Chain Risk Management policy and guidance.
• Maintain currency with industry Supply Chain Risk Management best practices.

Must have Bachelor's degree in cyber security or equivalent experience. 8 years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Must have at least 7 or more years applicable progressively complex supply chain risk management experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have an active SECRET DoD security clearance.Must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance.

Must be familiar with DoD Acquisition processes or project management professional principles.

Additional Notes

This position requires candidates to possess a current SECRET security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a SECRET security clearance will result in a candidate being ineligible for this position. This requirement is a condition of employment and must be maintained throughout tenure.

This position is located at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
