Job Summary: The Supply Chain Product Owner (Data & Analytics Focus) is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing supply chain processes through expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), HighJump, and Infor SCM systems. This role plays a key role as a strategic advisor to business partners, using data analytics to establish critical metrics, offer actionable insights, and improve supply chain performance. The Product Owner collaborates with IT and business teams to ensure systems deliver robust data capabilities aligned with organizational goals.

Data-Driven Product Ownership & Strategy:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for supply chain systems (Oracle EBS, HighJump, Infor SCM) with a focus on data analytics, reporting, and critical metric development.
• Collaborate with business collaborators to identify data needs and translate them into system requirements for enhanced visibility and decision-making.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for supply chain data solutions, emphasizing actionable insights and process optimization.

• Leverage Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management, Procurement) to extract, analyze, and report on supply chain data.
• Use HighJump WMS to generate warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates.
• Employ Infor SCM for advanced supply chain analytics, including demand forecasting, supplier performance, and inventory optimization.
• Build and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor critical metrics and provide real-time insights to collaborators.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across integrated systems.

• Act as a trusted advisor to supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teams, providing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Define and monitor critical metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, cycle time, inventory accuracy, cost-to-serve) to measure supply chain performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews to present insights, identify trends, and propose process improvements based on data analysis.
• Support central initiatives, like demand planning or supplier negotiations, with predictive and prescriptive analytics.

• Configure and customize Oracle EBS, HighJump, and Infor SCM to support advanced data collection, reporting, and integration needs.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate supply chain systems with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data warehouses for enhanced analytics.
• Lead initiatives to streamline data flows and eliminate silos across supplychain platforms.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on data analytics and system optimization.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12 or later), particularly in data extraction and reporting from modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
• 2+ years of experience with HighJump WMS, focusing on warehouse data analytics and performance metrics.
• 2+ years of experience with Infor SCM, emphasizing supply chain planning and analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs and provide advisory support to business stakeholders.

• Expertise in Oracle EBS data structures, reporting tools, and customization for analytics.
• Proficiency in HighJump WMS for generating warehouse performance reports and metrics.
• Strong knowledge of Infor SCM for supply chain analytics and forecasting.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or similar for querying and analyzing supplychain data.
• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., APIs, EDI) and data warehousing concepts.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,000- $156,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
