Overview The Senior Director of Belonging and Teammate Fulfillment will lead Belonging and Teammate Fulfillment strategies for DaVita. This leader plays a critical role in bringing our Employer of Choice (EOC) pillars-purpose, connection, belonging, and growth-to life for DaVita teammates through both leader-led initiatives and enterprise-sponsored activities. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be both creative and strategic, with strong business acumen, executive-level communication and presentation skills, and the ability to balance visionary leadership with operational excellence. They should have demonstrated experience delivering Belonging and Teammate Fulfillment strategies within a matrixed organization and leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives to enhance teammate fulfillment. This individual must be capable of leading and supporting a variety of special projects across the People Team, as needed. These might include Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, culture projects, and more. Roles and Responsibilities:
