Attractive pay

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00

Responsibilities

Responsible for generating insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for SQL based claims data reconciliation process, including development, test, and production of contractual monthly reports. This role maintains a comprehensive information resource, ensuring consistency and integrity of data.

  • Develops and tests SQL code to perform historical claims episode analysis and reviews in partnership with the Medical Economics team.
  • Runs SQL based production jobs in a cloud/Azure environment for ongoing episodic claims reconciliation process with contracted payors.
  • Creates and distributes monthly reporting to contracted payors.
  • Identifies and provides supporting documentation for re-insurance claims.
  • Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, business administration, or another relevant field.
  • Two (2+) years of experience in analytics, preferably with a focus in healthcare claims.

Preferred

  • Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Financial reconciliation experience.
