The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to write and edit clinical reports, protocols and policy
• Proven efficiency with Microsoft word, Electronic Health Records Systems, with writing behavior plans, clinical case formulation and with conducting various assessments for diagnosing and behavior planning
• Awareness of cultural factors in relation to providing superior clinical services
• Ability to travel up to up to 50%

Preferred

• NADD-Clinical Certification
• Doctorate degree
• Licensed or licensed eligible in related field

We are seeking a Clinical Director to join our team!

The Clinical Director performs the following duties:

Staff clinical supervision

• Manages a team of behavior support professionals from the clinical aspect
• Conducts clinical supervision, a minimum of one individual and group session each month
• Assigns caseloads to staff
• Partners with operational leadership to manage individual performance, discipline and terminations.

Clinical management

• Reviews and edits behavior plans, assessments and/or reports completed by their behavior professional team and provides feedback as needed.
• Provides internal clinical consultation enterprise wide as needed.
• Conducts, recommends and implements appropriate clinical assessments.
• Chairs or participates committees such as but not limited to the Behavior Intervention Review Committee (BIRC), Human Rights Committee (HRC) and/or the Behavior Management Review Committee -BMRC in ICFs.
• Supports, assists and collaborates with fellow Clinical Directors based on request, need or assignment.
• Provides Behavior Services in the absence of such services at Merakey site locations, based on assignment, expertise or in the event of vacant behavior professional services.
• Provides external consultation services for assessments, trainings, speaking engagements and/or contracted behavior services based on need, assignment, or expertise.
