Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Sr Manager, Digital Value Management. The Sr Manager, Digital Value Management is responsible for managing and driving value as part of DAA's Digital Transformation. This role adds value to the business by assisting the Senior Director of Digital Transformation and M&A and CDO with strategic planning to determine the appropriate KPIs to advance the business' value drivers.

The Sr Manager, Digital Value Management plays a critical role in driving measurable value across DAA's digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying and prioritizing organizational improvement opportunities that align with digital strategic objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement plans, while creating and maintaining standardized, value-focused processes that enhance operational efficiency and support digital maturity.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing performance metrics, analyzing data and processes to uncover areas for improvement, and ensuring that value realization is measured, tracked, and reported effectively. This position will actively support cross-functional teams in quantifying the benefits of digital initiatives and will collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals. Additionally, this role will contribute to the development of DAA's overall digital strategy, working closely with Digital Leadership to ensure that transformation efforts deliver sustainable, high-impact results. What you will do:



  • Value Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities where digital initiatives can drive value (e.g., cost savings, efficiency, customer experience); Prioritize initiatives based on potential return on investment (ROI), strategic fit, and feasibility
  • Performance Measurement & Governance: Define KPIs and value metrics for each digital initiative; Set up a governance structure to track progress and ensure accountability
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between business units, functional teams, and digital teams to ensure mutual understanding of goals, progress, and results; Communicate value realization clearly to executives and other stakeholders
  • Continuous Value Realization: Ensure digital solutions are optimized over time to sustain and grow their business value; Drive feedback loops and iterative improvements based on performance data
  • Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage budgets and business cases for digital initiatives; Report on realized vs. forecasted benefits to leadership and finance

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in change management and stakeholder influence
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proficiency with value tracking tools and dashboards
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and transformation frameworks
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in change management and stakeholder influence
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience



Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,000 - $188,800 (+ 20-25% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
