DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Some details about this position:

• No Dialysis experience is required - paid training is provided!

• Potential to float to various clinics

• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Current LPN license in the state of Indiana is required

• Current CPR certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

What you can expect:

• Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment, while providing patient education on kidney disease.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment in an out-patient setting, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine set up.

• Work on a cross functional team of technicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and leadership.

• Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
