Your Job Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support manufacturing operations at our New Richmond, WI location. Shift: Monday-Friday, 1^st Shift, 7am - 3pm Our Team Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. What You Will Do Plan, schedule, and maintain the production schedule on a day-to-day and longer-term horizon Understand and execute the schedule, driving completion of tasks, communicating status updates, and escalating when needed. Schedule operators to jobs, breaks and rotations Coach and train production group on 6S requirements and perform audits of operators throughout shift and at shift end Participate in problem solving activities, Rapid Improvement events and Continuous Improvement efforts Assist Production Supervisor with various projects on an as needed basis Update and manage all aspects of the production floor schedule Perform as a back-up for the Production Supervisor/Manager Coordinate and oversee new operator training, cross training, and other operator trainings as needed Succession and development into leadership role Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 2+ years of manufacturing experience What Will Put You Ahead Proficient computer skills Ability to multitask Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills Strong ability to think outside of box, and assist others in doing so Leadership and self-motivation skills This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.
