Director(s) (San Francisco, CA)

Responsibilities: Provide accounting support, including implementation assistance with new accounting requirements and financial restatements. Assist with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory filings for spin-offs, carve-outs, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), debt offerings, and other acquisition filings for domestic and cross-border transactions. Deliver conversion services to U.S. and foreign registered companies requiring changes in financial reporting to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and financing structures, financial instruments, and revenue recognition.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or related employment experience determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Three (3) years of experience must include: SEC financial reporting; U.S. GAAP; ASC 470 and ASC 815 or IFRS 9 and IAS 39; ASC 805 or IFRS 3; ASC 718 or IFRS 2; ASC 842 or IFRS 16 and IAS 17; and IPO readiness

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

Up to 100% travel to various domestic locations per business need.
