Responsibilities: Review sustainability, ESG programs, and related reporting, including materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, metrics, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) identification in line with sustainability and ESG reporting standards. Develop responses to the policy, regulatory, and business environment risks and opportunities associated with Corporate Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Analyze corporate activities and provide recommendations to enhance sustainability and ESG strategies, methods, frameworks, and tools. Define and implement recommendations related to sustainability and ESG program policies, procedures, processes, internal controls, and reporting. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus two (2) years of experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Sustainability frameworks, including GRI, CDP, SASB, UNGC, and TCFD; modeling financial implications of climate transition risks; sustainability materiality assessments; OECD MNE Guidelines; GHG Protocol (Calculating Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions); Circularity strategy; sustainability cost benefit analysis; sustainable supply chain assessments; and sustainable finance, including linked bonds.
