DNV is seeking a Key Customer Manager who will lead the business development work for new Key Customers for which they are appointed for our Business Assurance North America. The Key Customer Manager will actively build relations with key decision makers and influencers in the Customer's organization and it's stakeholders. Enabling deep understanding and foresight of customer needs. The position is responsible for achieving sales targets. This role represents the entire range of company products and services to Key Customers. Responsible for the satisfaction and retention of Key Customer accounts, with an emphasis on increasing sales in line with assigned Sales objectives. Working closely with the Market & Industries Team, Regional Managers and Area Sales teams, with DASC leadership team, the sales network and operations, this position requires the ability to collaborate and achieve results sometimes through others.
