We are looking for an accomplished Senior Staff Product Manager - Fedramp to join our Products team located in Tacoma, WA reporting to the Vice President of Platform Product Management. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of cloud networking and security solutions that meet U.S. federal government FedRAMP compliance objectives. You will also drive the strategy for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to the needs of federal customers while supporting Infoblox's broader cloud networking, security, and government compliance goals. This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and government stakeholders to integrate FedRAMP requirements into the product strategy, ensuring that compliance supports innovation and business growth in federal and highly regulated markets.

What you'll do:



  • Define and execute the strategy for delivering cloud networking and security solutions that align with Infoblox's FedRAMP compliance objectives
  • Develop and manage a multi-year roadmap for FedRAMP-focused solutions, balancing compliance with scalability, usability, and innovation
  • Partner with the Compliance team to ensure that all product developments meet relevant federal security standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance to leadership on FedRAMP requirements, regulatory trends, risk mitigation, and emerging market opportunities within the federal sector
  • Package existing product features and capabilities into solutions that address the needs of U.S. government agencies
  • Stay informed on market developments, competitor offerings, and U.S. federal network security trends to identify new growth opportunities and potential threats
  • Build and nurture relationships with key federal customers, gathering feedback to inform product improvements and influence strategic priorities
  • Monitor product performance within the federal market, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to recommend improvements and enhancements
  • Work closely with Engineering teams in an agile environment to ensure timely feature development, iteration, and delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new releases and act as a subject matter expert in networking and security to ensure effective product positioning and adoption within the federal market


What you'll bring:



  • Minimum 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 6 years focused on networking and security products for U.S. federal customers
  • Solid expertise in SaaS and cloud technologies, with practical experience working with AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • In-depth knowledge of federal compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related security standards
  • Proven success leading FedRAMP certification efforts and ensuring ongoing compliance with federal security requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that drive customer and business value across multiple products and services
  • Skilled in developing clear, data-driven recommendations supported by strong business logic and ability to effectively communicate them to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with agile development methodologies, including prioritization, road mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders through effective communication and strategic vision
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, business, or a related field


What success looks like:

After six months, you will...



  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, their features, and functionalities
  • Deliver compelling written product specifications, user stories, and scenarios that outline customer needs and product requirements
  • Participate in a user-centric design process
  • Participate in the agile process driving requirements, planning, and execution
  • Be fully engaged in the Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams
  • Drive the backlog for at least one platform service


After about a year, you will...



  • Participate as a key contributor to the roadmap and strategy definition of platform services
  • Drive the creation and prioritization of product requirements across the Product team
  • Fully engage with the agile release process
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Platform services
  • Answer questions from Sales, Services, and customers related to the platform

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington is $171,700 - $237,800, plus corporate bonus potential.
