Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 an hour based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - Morning Shift (Typically a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm)

We're seeking a dedicated Skilled Trades Technician with expertise in HVAC systems, along with a solid understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing systems in commercial buildings-so if you're passionate about your craft and have experience working on larger-scale facilities, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform general maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems to support overall building operations.
• Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure all systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Respond to emergency calls and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with additional knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems.
• Strong background in commercial building systems maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, to solve problems and complete tasks effectively.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant trade licenses.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with large commercial HVAC systems.
• Electrical and plumbing certifications or licenses.
• Knowledge of building automation systems.
