Nature of Duties:

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for assigned accounts. The Program manager's duties will consist of but not limited to:



  • Managing and developing project plans.
  • Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.
  • Review status with the customer and the management team.
  • Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customer and the business development team.
  • Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.
  • Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
  • Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.
  • Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.
  • Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.
  • Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
  • Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
  • Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.
  • Understands Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.
  • ITAR, Export, Oracle, Google/mail, PCB plants



Education and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Contract MFG experience desired
  • Experience in the mechanical and electrical as well as integration
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask
  • 2 years of Program Manager experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Must be able to work independently & quickly while under pressure in a fast paced environment

Salary Range (annual) : $72,400.00 - $94,200.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
