Crisis Therapist - PRN
Be the calm in the crisis. Make an impact when it matters most. Job Summary: Join a dynamic behavioral health team where your clinical skills and compassion truly make a difference. As a PRN Crisis Therapist, you will provide timely and effective psychiatric evaluations for patients in the Emergency Department (ED), guide appropriate interventions, and ensure safe, therapeutic dispositions. You'll play a critical role in shaping our crisis program while working in close collaboration with psychiatrists, ED staff, and community partners. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
