Position Summary The University of New Mexico, College of Nursing (CON) is recruiting an Assistant Dean of Faculty Practice. The Assistant Dean will be responsible for establishing, growing, and maintaining CON's clinical business infrastructure, supporting faculty practice contracts, and creating revenue generating clinical services. In collaboration with CON Chief Financial Officer, this role ensures financial feasibility of clinical enterprises and ensures timely reporting of financial status across clinical enterprise to the Associate Dean and other required entities, addresses financial and budget concerns proactively, and serves as a key member of CON Leadership team reporting to the Associate Dean of Community and Clinical Affairs. Responsibilities include clinical strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical practice plans; leadership in promoting outcome-driven patient care; and collaboration with clinical agencies throughout the broader healthcare community in promoting excellence in education, research, and patient care. This position leads the development and evaluation of practice opportunities for faculty and clinical precepting experiences for nursing students. Responsibilities:
