Title: Bonder Metal or composite 3 Duration: 6 Months Shift Timings: Normal Business Hours (Morning Shift) Mon- Fri Pay Rate: $30-35/hr. w2 Job Description: Set up and calibrate the VIPER machine according to job specifications Load materials, such as carbon fiber or resin pre-impregnated tapes, Programming and Execution: Interpret engineering drawings, layup sequences, and machine programming. Monitor automated fiber placement process and adjust parameters as needed to ensure precision. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts for defects like gaps, overlaps. Record process parameters Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, such as cleaning the machine/components. Troubleshoot issues during operation and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols when operating high-precision machinery. Basic Qualification: High School Diploma or GED 2 years of experience with composite manufacturing and or automated machine operation Operate and maintain an automated fiber replacement machine, the set up; calibration and programming to produce high precision composites parts Preferred Qualifications: Proficient (1 year of experience) in CNC programming and trouble shooting Knowledge of composites material, resins systems, curing processes
