This is a Hybrid role and located in any of our PRIME Transportation office locations.

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be to lead, coordinate and ensure the proposal procurement, assembly and delivery process is successful. Generally, the operations required for this position are leadership, communication and organizational functions. Interacting with the proposal team, project managers, and relevant agencies/proposal recipients are among the interfaces that are key to the requirements of this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the preparation of proposals, requisitions, certificates, and other production related documents.
  • Lead the development and execution of Capture Plans with the objective of increasing win probability of targeted pursuits within the transportation, municipal, federal, rail/transit, and aviation markets.
  • Establish, improve and maintain the PRIME AE database of proposal components within the business line (project sheets, resumes, key information typically required for responses, etc.)
  • Research, coordinate, document and consolidate leads, requests for proposals/qualifications and opportunities in coordination with project leadership and relevant team members.
  • Facilitate quality control/quality assurance processes through the proposal coordinator.
  • Maintain and lead proposal and related marketing meetings including documentation of opportunities, production status, wins and loss rates.
  • Develop a plan for increasing win rates as needed including performing post submittal evaluations with proposal recipients and internal postmortems.
  • Advance and improve consistency and efficiency in proposal evaluation and delivery.
  • Track active proposal submissions that are coming due or that have been submitted and under evaluation.
  • Attend events, as appropriate (i.e., conferences, seminars, association meetings, etc.).
  • Attend client meetings, as appropriate (boards, committees, pre-proposal, etc.).
  • Maintain relationships with subconsultants, teaming partners, and clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years of business development or marketing experience in the AEC industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability & willingness to travel on occasion.
