Job Description: Remote Support Technician Project Overview: We are transforming our checkout lanes to a single queue line system. This innovative project, known as the Que Line Project, is designed to enhance the customer experience by streamlining the checkout process. Customers will walk through a line featuring impulse purchase items and be directed to the next available register.
Position: Remote Support Technician Role Summary: We are looking for three Remote Support Technicians to join our team. These technicians will provide crucial support to CDW technicians who are installing new registers in stores. While this role is primarily remote, candidates must reside within 50 miles of the corporate office to attend occasional team days and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: * Provide remote assistance to technicians during the installation of new registers. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to registers and POS software. * Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the smooth execution of the project. * Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions as required. * Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
