Description This role focuses on the hardware lifecycle refresh, ensuring that internal staff has the most up-to-date and reliable technology. The candidate will be responsible for deploying hardware, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch customer service. Workstation Builds, Printer Refresh, and Laptop/Desktop Refresh. Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to evolving business needs and workload fluctuations. *Looking for one technician in West Chester and one technician in Des Moines--- Key Responsibilities: Deploy hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network. * Troubleshoot Level I issues in real-time. * Understand intake processes related to IT Service Management (ITSM). * Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently. * Interact with medical staff, providing exceptional customer service and support. Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Experience with hardware deployment and network connectivity. * Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Level I issues. * Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Coachable, adaptable, and a self-starter.
