Job Summary
The Senior Analyst - Process Improvement - Record to Report, Enterprise Finance & Accounting Process CoE is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence. This position reports directly to the BPD&I Manager - Record to Report and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and end-to-end process governance. This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of centralized Cox Automotive Enterprise Finance & Accounting (EF&A) Accounting Center of Excellence (ACoE) process excellence. The Record to Report scope includes Journal Entries, General Ledger, and Reporting. This position will focus on process centralization, standardization, and optimization across policies, process, data, reporting, systems security, compliance, and financial controls. This role will also support key strategic initiatives and will build a culture of continuous process improvement within the EF&A Record to Report functions. This position will also help to meet Cox Automotive's strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources. USD 79,400.00 - 119,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $79,400.00 - $119,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
