POSITION SPECIFICS Student Affairs is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the MyResource Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) project - an interactive, online, student self-service information hub. The project is a key initiative supporting the President's efforts to remove barriers and simplify the collegiate experience as students navigate the University. The initiative includes three tiers: an AI-powered resource hub, a student-facing office space, and an opportunity to recommend additional resource support to the University. The BSA will play a pivotal role in the management of this new resource hub to guide its smooth operation and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. The BSA will liaise between the technical staff and user groups, translating business needs into technical requirements. The person will also work closely with the MyResource team (Director, AI Integration Developer, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager) to optimize existing models and develop innovative solutions. The BSA must be a highly motivated professional who demonstrates initiative, can work independently with minimal supervision, and can work in a collaborative environment where they openly communicate and share insights. The location of this position is flexible, allowing for full remote work within the United States, full-time in-person work at our University Park Campus, or a hybrid model combining both remote and in-person work. Standard working hours are based in the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
