Staffmark is now hiring a Production Operator with Forklift Experience for an opportunity in Delphos, OH. Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do:

This is a hands-on production role where you'll operate heavy equipment, contribute to team productivity, and drive a forklift when needed. Responsibilities include:

• Operating the Banbury mixer, adjusting temperature, time, and speed controls
• Measuring and adding raw materials according to batch recipes
• Monitoring the mixing process to ensure quality and consistency
• Conducting quality control checks throughout production
• Assisting with routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Documenting batch records and mixing details accurately
• Adhering to all safety protocols and compliance standards
• Assisting the production team when not driving the forklift

Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods. Forklift operation is essential in this role but will be part of a variety of production-related tasks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior forklift experience (certification a plus)
• Comfort with manual labor and working in an industrial environment
