Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Bolingbrook, IL, to support a leading logistics company known for its fast-paced operations and dedication to reliable service. Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Note: Weekend rotation may be required based on staffing needs

Employment Type: Temp to hire

What You'll Do:

As a key player on the logistics team, you'll support routing, dispatch, and daily delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Handling heavy phone volume while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Monitoring pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance and proper handling
  • Updating customers, account managers, and receivers on order status
  • Taking check calls from drivers and updating load information in real-time
  • Managing documentation for overages, shortages, and damages
  • Scheduling and rescheduling delivery appointments
  • Providing accurate routing instructions and investigating delays or issues
