Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Paragould, AR, with a respected manufacturing client that values internal promotions and long-term growth. Pay & Hours:

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Night shift, 5:50 PM - 6:00 AM, following a 4/3 work schedule (4 days on, 3 days off)

Training Schedule: Must be available for day shift training during onboarding (3-6 months)

What You'll Be Doing:

In this hands-on position, you'll perform general maintenance and troubleshooting on automated machinery, electrical systems, piping, and mechanical equipment. You'll be responsible for everything from welding and cutting to predictive maintenance and equipment diagnostics. If you're mechanically inclined, technically sharp, and thrive on solving problems, you'll feel right at home here!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct equipment diagnostics and repairs
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Handle tasks including welding, pipefitting, carpentry, and machinery leveling
• Operate forklifts or overhead cranes to relocate materials
• Document tasks, follow production and safety standards, and support team communication
• Train on company systems and technology, including touchscreens and Outlook

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety standards and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Excellent communication and attendance
