Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team at the direction of TA Leadership. Responsibilities Provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition team at the direction of TA Leadership. Requisition auditing and updating in Applicant Tracking System, Oracle Recruiting Cloud Refreshing requisitions and job postings Auditing of job postings Weekly and monthly reporting on recruitment activity. Scheduling of TA Leadership and Department Meetings. Management and organization of Talent Acquisition Team documents and files Update training material for both recruiters and hiring managers related to recruitment Organize deliverables and infrastructure for recruiting projects. Monitor and report on Talent Acquisition resources (Indeed contacts, Text Recruit usage) Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Education & Experience Associate's degree or equivalent experience. 0-1 year of admin/support experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Working knowledge of Microsoft products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
