Staffmark is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity with a growing company in Houston, TX, known for delivering cutting-edge lighting products for diverse environments and applications. Hours & Pay Pay Rate: Up to $65,000 base salary + uncapped commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (First Shift | Office Hours) Employment Type: Direct Hire Extras: Insurance stipend until full benefits are established, plus use of a company vehicle for in-town client visits About the Role This Outside Sales Representative will take the reins on an existing book of clients within the lighting industry, with a focus on relationship-building, B2B sales, and order generation.
