Pay: $20-$22/hr

Hours: Full-time | 8 am- 5 pm

While working as a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Auditor team in a warehouse environment. This team inspects glass cologne, perfume, and cosmetic bottles for cosmetic and structural defects before they are shipped. As the final checkpoint in the production process, your team plays a critical role in ensuring that only top-quality products reach customers in the beauty industry.

Duties include, but are not limited to:



  • Leading and supporting the team of Quality Auditors
  • Ensuring accurate, timely documentation of inspection results, defect types, and productivity metrics
  • Monitoring real-time performance data to support day-to-day operational decisions
  • Coaching team members to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency
  • Collaborating with warehouse and production teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspections and data tracking
  • Delivering clear, actionable reports and dashboards to supervisors and management
  • Assisting in implementing tools or technologies to boost inspection speed, accuracy, and visibility

Qualifications:



  • 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality assurance
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with WMS or Power BI a plus
  • Clear communication and team coaching skills
  • Preferred: Experience with glass inspection, beauty/cosmetic packaging, or Lean/Six Sigma practices
  • This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods during the shift.
