Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $21-$26/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in guiding individuals and families through their journey toward long-term housing and life stability. This person-centered, strengths-based role requires empathy, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to connecting clients with essential resources. Whether you're coordinating with property managers, assisting with intakes, or representing services at community events, you'll be an essential advocate for those navigating housing insecurity and other life challenges.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide assessments and case management support through coaching, education, referrals, and financial assistance
  • Advocate on behalf of clients with landlords and housing partners to secure and maintain stable housing
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure participants receive holistic, wrap-around support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case notes and required records
  • Represent the organization at outreach events and community collaborative groups
  • Assist in daily walk-in lobby support, intake communications, and volunteer coordination
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and program development

What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree (or associate's degree in Human Services with 2+ years of related experience)
  • Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations, including those with mental or behavioral health needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using client management databases
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive situations
  • Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 15-20 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed
