Staffmark Drivers is seeking new talent in Houston, TX, and hiring an experienced Class A Flatbed Driver to join our team. This is a local delivery position with daily home time-no overnights and no weekends! If you've got lumber hauling experience and forklift skills, this is a great opportunity to hit the road with a solid schedule and steady pay.

Pay: $25.00/hour + overtime

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM to finish

Requirements:



  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1+ year of flatbed experience
  • Experience with truck-mounted forklifts (Spider or Moffett preferred)
  • Familiar with load securement using straps
  • Able to operate Class A and B vehicles (tilt bed and flatbed)
  • Clean MVR
  • Current DOT Medical Card and FMCSA Clearinghouse registered
  • Ability to lift as required for securement and unloading tasks

Driving Details:



  • Local routes only - home every day
  • Touch freight - delivering lumber to local job sites/customers
  • Unloading may involve use of a truck-mounted forklift or manual methods
  • Equipment operated: Tractor trailer and straight truck (tilt bed), flatbed deliveries
