This Position reports to: ELSE Americas Regional ManagerAs the Americas Region Operations Manager, Electrification Service Division, you will set the operations service strategy with full accountability and management for the US: of Aftermarket Business (Parts, switchgear modernization manufacturing, factory operations), Field and Aftermarket Quality, Customer Care, and Training and Development. As well as indirect management of Canada and Latin America operations (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina) implementing KPI's and driving project completion. You will work collaboratively with Local Division Managers in Latin America, Canada and US Operations Managers to drive service growth. Business size: $450m with over 1000 employees. We are seeking someone who has business transformation experience and desires to be hands on in managing plant operations, leveraging their deep knowledge and experience with supply chain and quality management. The work model for the role is remote (#LI-Remote) out of the Cary, NC area. You will be mainly accountable for: Qualifications for the role: University Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering). Why ABB?
