About the Opportunity

At Machinify, we're constantly reimagining what's possible in our industry-creating disruptively simple, powerfully clear ways to maximize our clients' financial outcomes today and drive down healthcare costs tomorrow. As part of the DMG team, you will use established resources to gather data to complete missing member, group, and claim information. This information aids in the recovery process by providing our clients detailed, accurate reporting.

What you'll do



  • Access multiple systems to gather key data including partial information for a member, group, claim, any other documents as needed
  • Accurately resolve or reprocess claims to correct setup and/or systems errors identified
  • Work assigned reports to monitor and/or correct claims for processing by the assigned deadline



What experience you bring (Role Requirements)



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty or related fields is preferred
  • Word and Excel proficiency is required
  • Ability to navigate multiple electronic healthcare systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for accuracy of reporting
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform under time constraints with minimal direct supervision

Pay range: $23.00/hour - $25.00/hour USD

This is a non-exempt position. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
