NIQ is seeking a talented Client Manager to enable commercial strategy and sales of NielsenIQ's solutions while also ensuring overall client health. The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and motivated by making an impact on their workplace. You thrive on recognizing challenges, implementing solutions, monitoring success, and continuously thinking outside the box to optimize processes. You are detail-oriented with excellent communication, active listening, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute commercial strategy and sales of NielsenIQ's solutions

  • Develop commercial elements of joint business plan

  • Develop NIQ account plan & sales strategy

  • Empathize with and anticipate our customers' needs and be ready with solutions. Influential, forward-thinking, and unbiased source of truth for the industry.

  • Develop strategies to win based on client segmentation and product market fit

  • Build meaningful client relationships with client stakeholders and teams

  • Drive everyday value to enable our customers' success

  • Represent voice of customer to internal product development, product marketing, communications and delivery teams

  • Represent NielsenIQ externally

  • Work collaboratively with other product sales leads & cross functional partners

Are you a leader with the ability to support, mentor and inspire better and bolder decisions? Can you effectively tell a story that captures the audience, no matter what level, and brings them along your journey? Are you able to work collaboratively, as part of a team within a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining high standards? Do you have experience in working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution?

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years' experience in a relevant industry (CPG, consulting, sales) required

  • CPG experience required

  • Ability to travel toCincinnatifor onsite client meetings

  • Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose and driving value for client business

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools, applications and platforms a plus

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining high standards.

  • Experienced in managing complex client relationships and resolving client issues.

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $74,900.00 - $85,995.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus. Other benefits include flexible working environment, comprehensive health insurance, industry-leading parental leave, life insurance, education support and more.
