Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Line Lead is a working member of the production line team and is responsible for providing leadership for an assigned production line. Ensures that all safety, quality and manufacturing processes and procedures are understood and followed to meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations and business needs. Identifies and obtains resources to ensure that team members and equipment are performing in a manner to ensure optimum business performance. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
