Lead .NET FSE (Onsite)

We are seeking a Lead .NET FSE to join our team, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end development processes, including front-end and back-end architecture, cloud integration, and database management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensures code quality through reviews, and mentors' junior developers. Drives innovation by implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines

Location: Coppell, TX *Candidate is required to be in the office, hybrid model*

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Web API, Azure, .Net Core, MS SQL Server, Angular, and .Net

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Qualifications

* * Possess strong experience in Web API, Azure, .Net Core, MS SQL Server, Angular, and .Net

* Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable web applications

* Have a solid understanding of software development best practices and methodologies

* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

* Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior developers

* Show proficiency in using version control systems like Git

* Have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Possess a strong understanding of database design and optimization
