*Job Title: Desktop Support Technician*
TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for one of our clients based out of La Grange, KY. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused technician to provide technical assistance in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of computing devices in a professional setting. In addition to desktop support responsibilities, the role may involve assisting with security systems, servers, and networking equipment. This position requires interaction with a variety of personnel in a structured work setting. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment that includes individuals from diverse backgrounds. *Qualifications:* * Valid driver's license required * Ability to lift and transport equipment or work in physically demanding positions for extended periods * Completion of mandatory training designed to enhance workplace adaptation and conduct in specialized environments *Skills & Experience:* * Proficiency in desktop support, service desk operations, and troubleshooting * Experience in hardware deployment and customer service * Familiarity with application support and imaging processes * Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently *Experience Level:* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
