We have an opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager to join our Sanford, NC team. You will be responsible for providing dedicated support to our top national and regional accounts, building strategic partnerships, and driving mutual growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national and regional customers to build strategic partnerships.
  • Provide dedicated support to top accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to help partners achieve their strategic goals and drive mutual growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, track key performance metrics, and establish action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and strategic goals are aligned.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Resolve any issues or problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $118400 - $219900 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives.
