The Opportunity:
Responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate records of all inventories. Possess a good understanding of SAP - EWM and ECC (can train ECC and IC functions in EWM) T-Codes for different types of error investigation purposes. Checks stock, performs stock corrections, reviews inventory, creates stock counts, checks history, and investigates inventory discrepancies. Accuracy and thoroughness required with great attention to detail. Able to communicate findings effectively verbally and in written form.
What we're looking for
Education: High School education or GED required. Experience: 5+ years relevant experience; 1-2 years direct experience in a similar position preferred. Able to use an RF Unit for counting, moving, and verifying inventory. Familiarity with Warehouse and Inventory Management System (SAP) Able to conduct searches to locate products within the system. Flexible - ability to multitask and learn new skills quickly. Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Preferred Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written). Must be able to read and write legibly; can draft and respond professionally to emails. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address inventory discrepancies or issues proactively. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must have basic skills in mathematics, (count, add, subtract, recognize patterns, and calculate number of items on a pallet multiplying the layers by the tiers). Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., order picker, reach truck, pallet jacks) safely.

Work safely and be vigilant about unsafe conditions. Alert the management team to any safety hazards or concerns to ensure a safe work environment. Cycle counting - create and count ranges for various types of counts (HL) daily and make system adjustments, as necessary. Annual CPI (continuous physical inventory) - create count range, follow CPI expectations, stay aware of Location Accuracy Goal, and cost implications. Answer shorted inventory (HS counts) daily as needed. Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, including answering shorted inventory (HS counts), identifying causes of discrepancies, and help implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Adjust inventory records as the needs arise due to discovering discrepancies, pulling expired inventory from stock, performing RTS (return to stock), etc. following DOA (Delegation of Authority levels). Dated Walk Off - Review batch and expiration dating info on non-system managed material per DWO SOP. Safe and compliant management, transportation, and storage ofhazardous materials. IC Function back-up - Returns Area, 60 StkCk mailbox, Pick Exceptions, QA Alerts. Chemical Dump List - pull stock and write up for Disposal. Inventory Control "Projects". Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support inventory and warehouse operations. Stock check requests from Coordinators. Operates shrink-wrap machine, banding equipment, etc. as needed. Repairs and recoups damaged goods as required and return saleable product to stock.
