MV Transportation is seeking aDriveCam Managerwhoshall effectively manage all aspects of DriveCam.The essential job functions are daily downloads of all DriveCam events from all vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

Daily coaching of operators based on DriveCam events
• Ensure cameras are working at all times
• Review film clips of vehicle events from previous service day
• Retrain operator for near collision events
• Create and complete reports from the system as needed and email to the field
• Notify Management of any "serious" events that will require immediate actions
• Provide information to management that will help to improve the use of the DriveCam product
• Keep all information confidential and discuss only as directed by Safety Department
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by supervisor

Talent Requirements

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to conduct Behind the Wheel Defensive Driving
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skillsin MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement

Starting salary range: $60,000.00 - $68,640.00
